I have to say customer service is off the charts in this old school approach. Very noticeable difference against other companies in general. Colin's knowledge is second to none!
Was contacted by Colin, Richard, Shelley and Kevin to do the final fit. Helped teach me how to prep the stairs and although based quite a few miles away in Leeds were efficient in understanding everything. Provided beautiful samples, great competitive costing, beautifully made and installed. Thoroughly nice people to work with and a happy dose of Yorkshire humour. Would definitely use again.
