UK Standard Delivery
We can provide up to 5 free carpet samples to help you choose the perfect carpet. Samples are shipped by 2nd class post, we endeavour to try to ship them as soon as possible after ordering but sometimes these may be delayed due to the volume of samples ordered.
All other products available on our website will normally fall under our standard delivery charge of £25.00 if the item ordered is not over 2.5mts in length/width.
When you reach the checkout stage of a purchase, the cost of shipping will be displayed as £200.00 (the cost will always be less than this) but to price your goods accurately we need to confirm the order with you verbally.
Our Standard Delivery service will deliver within 3 to 5 working days where items are held in stock. A member of our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a suitable delivery date. Deliveries are made on your requested day between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Where possible we will advise you of approximate delivery lead-times at the time of order. If your delivery may be delayed, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. Should you require a Timed or Special Delivery Service, please contact us for a quote.

European and Worldwide Delivery Information

Click & Collect
With our Click & Collect service, you can collect your order from our showroom in Leeds within 3 to 5 working days where items are held in stock. A member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Some orders can be collected from our showroom the following day, if placed before 5pm and subject to stock availability.
