We are over the moon with our stair runner and landing carpet from Stonegate Carpets. It has just transformed the look of our hallway and it is a joy to walk on. We can’t stop looking at it😍. The service from start to finish was excellent and remarkably straight forward in the end. This was because of their knowledge, expertise and reassurance throughout the whole process. Colin was our initial point of contact and after talking with him about our wishes, our concerns and dilemmas on style etc we knew we were in good hands and everything was going to be fine. He was so reassuring and we just knew we would get what we really wanted but also what would suit our house. Communication whether via phone or email was excellent. Shelley took the time to send us some beautifully packaged carpet samples when we were deliberating colours, she was patient, knowledgeable and helped guide us to our final decision. Richard and Tony were also responsive, thorough and efficient in their communications with us and overall everyone was just spot on.
