The carpet is down on the stairs and fits perfectly – I know my husband was delighted to see it was in ‘kit’ form and found it really easy to lay. He checked the process on the internet then went straight to doing the job, one he’s never done before!
As a suggestion, for those who may not be internet literate, it might be a good idea to include a sheet with simple instructions/diagrams on what to do e.g. where to start; how to place the gripper rods on each stair; the tools required to do the job: small hammer, bolster.
That said, we were so impressed with your personal, caring service, the quality of the carpet itself and the underlay. Thank you for making this an easy solution for us and I have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to a prospective customer – a company happy to go the extra mile!
