Colin, Richard and Shelley took the time needed to fully understand my stairway carpeting needs, even though I was a small residential customer in the US. They sent me samples and discussed many options. And — quite happily! — one day they were able to find the last pieces of the exact carpet I had hoped for. They were timely and efficient. I had very many unpleasant experiences prior to speaking with the staff at Stonegate in the UK, that it made me appreciate them all the more.
