We are really pleased with the finished staircase. Lots of people have commented on how smart the stairs look now and how it has transformed our entrance hall. The fitting of the carpet was very professional and efficient, especially as Kim had to come such a long way. It all went very smoothly and I am so pleased that I had taken the time to research the colour and quality of carpet to match our decor.
I don't think I would have found anything like it, anywhere else! I'm only sorry that your company is located such a long way from us, but my fears about sorting it out remotely were completely unfounded.
