I just wanted to let you and Colin know how pleased we are with the stair runner and matching rug that you supplied and fitted. I’ve never ordered a carpet - let alone a complex stair runner with multiple winders - online before, and yet everything was straightforward and the end result is perfect. I must thank Colin for spending so much time explaining things on the phone, Kevin for his expert fitting, and you for sending out so many samples and answering my idiot questions!
