A big thank you to Shelley and the team for the superb bespoke stair runner designed for our Grade II Listed home. It is absolutely magnificent, much better than we ever expected. We had been searching for some time for a runner to fit in with the Edwardian character of our house and were giving up hope as the larger stores just couldn't help, and quoted ridiculous prices for lesser items. Outstanding customer service above and beyond, great fitting, brass rods supplied were perfect too. Very happy and will use again.
