Absolutely outstanding customer care.
After searching for months to find a stair runner similar to a photo I'd spotted on a interior design website, I was just about to give up, until Shelley spoke to me about it over the phone. After emailing her the photo, she designed a runner from FOUR different Brintons carpets, combining them to create a FABULOUS carpet which I am absolutely delighted with. I have never experienced customer service quite like this before.
