From the moment I first spoke with Pam on the Phone I felt I was speaking with people who genuinely cared and also knew their products. Thereafter I dealt with Shelly, Jane, Carmel and finally Colin as we fine tuned things. Everyone had the same helpful knowledgeable manner. They are a company who use the internet to the max and quickly place on their site colour samples swatches etc if you want to see things at a minutes notice. Email allowed us to agree the spec with clarity and speed. Real samples arrived with me next day and the prices are very very competitive. All in all a good experience for me and it was well worth me travelling up to pick up in person as I was able to see my carpet whipped in their making up area. My stair rods were cut to size for me and Colin's team really go the extra mile. This punter will be back for more savings of great quality Axminster and brilliant old fashioned service.
