I was very apprehensive about ordering my stair runner online, especially so when Leeds is so far from Lanarkshire in Scotland. This concern quickly disappeared as I received friendly, helpful support at all stages of the process - no mean task as I needed to carpet my Victorian hallway, which has two flights of stairs (with a total of 17 winders), three landings and a ground floor entrance hallway. I received design suggestions, technical support, samples and encouragement with making the templates. A special mention is also due to Kevin, the fitter, who travelled from Leeds and fitted the whole hallway in one (very long!) day and managed to remain cheery. Great job. Great service. Great result. A big thanks. Everyone who has seen it has marvelled at the finished job. I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone visiting this website; I have already recommended your company to friends, and will continue to do so in future.
