Never had such good customer service from a shop before. Both Colin and Tony spoke at length with me on the phone BEFORE I even decided to go ahead and buy the stair carpet. Then free samples were provided, and when I finally made a choice and said I would be fitting it myself, I was given instructions and tips on fitting in the shop by Colin. On top of all that, one of the girls had to do some over-locking by hand because the machine couldn't cope with the unusually shaped edge I requested - many thanks to all.
