Just had to let you know how pleased l am with my new stair carpet, reduced from 27" to 24" so that it would fit my antique brass stair rods. After l told Tony over the phone how l wanted it cutting he sent me an e-mail of how it would look finished....perfect, and as l laid it myself, your website was a wonderful guide for getting me round the winder.
