Another professional job!!
We have been customers of Stonegate Carpets since 1996!
Our latest encounter with them was for a restretch. We had just had all the carpets in the house cleaned and the lounge carpet had risen and was a bit bumpy in one small area. I spoke to Colin, the main man, and he had someone come out within a few days.
Kym did an excellent job, moving furniture and checking all the other carpets in the house, all of which have been fitted by Stonegate, several more than once!
The reason I chose Stonegate in the first place was because it was advertised as a family business. I wanted a personal, friendly service and that's exactly what I got.
Everyone we have dealt with over the years have been so helpful and extremely professional. There is never any pressure or big sell - we have taken samples away, time after time, and always been allowed to look at them at our leisure.
For me, the fitting is one of the most important aspects of a new carpet and these guys are the bees knees!!!
I have no inclination to shop anywhere else for my carpets because no-one else does it better!!
