Friendly service and attention to detail.
Having recently completed renovations of my home I had no hesitation in getting back in touch with Stonegate Carpets to satisfy my carpet requirements.
I was delighted to find that in the 6 years that have passed since I used them in my last house, the friendly service and attention to detail has not diminished, and the team made what instinctively seemed to be an impossible process (ordering carpets on the internet?!) as smooth and painless as possible.
Colin and Jane were excellent during the 'sales' phase, sending samples, providing information & advice, checking details etc, and of course doing what they could to get the price down. They booked Kevin to fit the carpets and he did an excellent job, I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't recommend Stonegate Carpets highly enough.
