We are thrilled with our Abbeyglen Cavan stair runner. It took many months to find a supplier who knew exactly what we wanted! We were determined to find a stair carpet that would be in keeping with our Edwardian house at a price we could afford. We found Stonegate Carpets on the internet and Colin was brilliant at helping us on the phone. He was very patient in dealing with all our queries and so we didn't feel at all hurried into making a quick decision. Colin is a true professional with great experience and our confidence in his advice was certainly justified! Our local carpet fitter, with 43 years of experience, was very impressed with the quality of the carpet and agreed it was fantastic value and easy to fit.
The stair rods are a lovely finishing touch that I didn't think would be within our budget. Family and friends have all been very impressed and are surprised it was all arranged and ordered by phone. We placed the order on a Saturday and the carpet was delivered on the Wednesday as promised. This was particularly amazing because the runner needed to be reduced in width.
