Excellent service from this traditional, hands-on company, from initial discussions to completing our stair carpet in time for Christmas. We got the impression from talking to them early on that they really do know their stuff when it comes to stair carpets (and it's more complicated than we realised!). The result was superb (pictures attached). Kevin the fitter could not have been more helpful. Really do believe that customer satisfaction is priority number 1 for them, not just a hollow soundbite you hear frequently nowadays. Recommended!'
