Thank you Carmel, Colin and all the Team at Stonegate Carpets for fitting our lovely Trafalgar Stripe carpet last week in our dining room, hall stairs and landing. From our initial enquiry to completion everything was dealt with both helpfully and professionally. I'd used Stonegate in the past when I lived in Leeds and was impressed with the quality of their service but then moved to Scarborough to run a Bed and Breakfast. We wanted to use Stonegate again but didn't know whether Scarborough was too far away for them to travel, after enquiring we were so happy to hear that this was not a problem as Scarborough is local as they fit all over the country!
A date was set for fitting, and to allow minimal disruption to our Guests, Carmel and Colin arranged for 4 fitters to come over to complete the work in a day. The fitters Kim, Glenn, Chris and Kevin all arrived promptly and worked so hard to ensure that the carpet was finished on time (they never stopped working all day)! They did a fantastic job - we were so impressed with their work as it must be difficult fitting stripes-everything is lined up perfectly. Well done Stonegate Carpets, excellent service and value for money. Will definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
