I just wanted to say a big thank you for supplying and installing the two hall runners and stair runner carpet, I had spent a long time searching for somebody to do the job and having looked at your website I was impressed with the examples shown in your gallery of finished jobs.
I now know that my decision to go with you guys was well justified, from the instructions on how to make the stair templates, the advice over the phone on what and what was not possible was superb as was the colour and style options on the carpet itself.
The turnaround from you receiving the templates and making the carpets was a little over a week, wow! it doesn't get much better than that...then a couple of days later Kim your fitter came down and fitted them at a time to suit me, he did a great job.
The quality of the carpet and runners is first rate and I would have no hesitation in recommending you guys to anybody and would certainly come back to you guys again.
